Senior

Age 65 and older

Proof required: Government-issued photo ID (driver's license, passport, or state ID) showing date of birth. Must be presented at appointment.

Enrolled full- or part-time at any accredited institution

Proof required: Valid student ID or current class schedule/enrollment letter. Must be presented at appointment.
